why is theta low?

going into rush i am curious why theta is considered lower tier? i've seen people say they have the top GPA and they raise a lot of money, they seem cute on social media but just wondering whats going on there

Thetas are a very particular kind of girl. If you fit in there, you'll know. If you fit in there, go Theta. No one cares. Be yourself.

Thetas are great girls! They just aren’t big partiers/ hook up girls. It’s a more wholesome Greek experience. Not what Greek rank values.

They are most similar to portions of chi o and tri delt, but on Greek rank they are not valued bc they are not super fun, party girls, nor are they really like glamorous
