So what I see here is social involved suburb girlies vs in-town, wealthy, private school girls. The top four (with ZTA at top) on your list fit into the first category and I’d say the next four fit into the latter. Kappa and Tri-Delt have been desirable sororities for decades if you’re coming from a wealthy urban area, but ZTA is almost always the sorority the suburb cheerleaders want.

Having daddy’s money /coming from affluent hood doesn’t mean anything - not a flex like u think. The quality of kappa and the others y listed has gone down based on mine and my brothers opinions
