Quota for 2025 recruitment

Yes, a lot of girls did drop. Many seemed to single house bid and then didn’t match. Again, makes me sad that girls aren’t considering houses that they normally wouldn’t think about because those houses need members to make them better.

Based on what I could tell and what I’ve heard, quote was somewhere between 80 and 90. Remember that snaps aren’t necessarily a bad thing. A lot of houses have to cut fairly deep at the beginning because they have higher return rates. This gives less desired houses the opportunity to have more PNMs visit, but then some of those PNMs will drop at the end and then those houses who cut them right before pref have an opportunity to get them for Bid Day. Personally, I feel like RMF is better than the old school process but at the same time, a lot of girls get lost in the process.
