Is rushing as a sophomore bad?
by: Help!I’m rushing as a sophomore and don’t know if it’s a good thing to do that or not I just didn’t rush as a freshman for other reasons but now really want to try. what’s the scoop?

It is a great thing! Sophs go through rush every year. There is a separate quota for upperclassmen so you don't have to compete with freshmen for spots. You'll be fine. You probably know some sorority members so it would help you to reach out to them if you're comfortable with it, to let them know you're rushing and interested in their house.

honestly so many girls go through as sophomores at a&m, it’s pretty common and you definitely won’t be the only one! i went through as a sophomore and it was the best decision i made, waiting helped me to be more secure in myself and be more aware of what i wanted in a sisterhood. best of luck! <3
