second hand embarrassment

I personally find it amusing when bottom tier chapters argue who is the least worst such as self-ranking as the best of the bottom third or bottom quarter. Like that's any improvement or would fool anyone. All yall are still bottom tier. Work on improving yourselves internally instead of tearing down others externally.
