Instagram question

If an active from ABC follows a pnm on Instagram, should she follow back? If several ABC actives are following and she follows back, will that make actives from XYZ think she’s more interested in ABC? Or do they look that deeply?

Sure, why not follow back? If there are multiple then maybe take other factors into consideration. Its probable that they are following you to be a point of contact if you have questions or need help during the recruitment process. This is very common.
