Almost every house makes huge cuts 1st and 2nd round. By 3rd round retention rate makes a huge difference on how many parties a house has because the better the retention rate the more cuts you have to make. Every house is given a number of girls they are allowed to have back depending on how many girls want that house. If you like a house that is well sought after they most likely will have lower numbers compared to a house that doesn’t have a high retention rate.

No. They don’t. Depending on your return rates and last years rush, you are allowed a certain amount of girls per round. Zeta keeps a lot of girls per round. They will have more sisterhood and more pref parties than other top houses. Therefor, their cuts aren’t as hard as say, tridelt or Chio.
