Pi PHI down with Theta and AXO. Average at best . Has never been close to top at TAmu, and pledges very average girls,

no no no. this is so off lol
DG is not #1, Pi Phi is rising but not top... they're still pretty irrelevant on campus , theta should be lower and dropping due to weirder PC 18, KD is above DZ and Gphi for sure

here is what I think it is:

Chi O, Kappa

Pi Phi, AXO, KD, Theta

IMO kappa and tridelt are not top after fall, still good chapters but fallen behind from PC and lack of involvement. Chi O is just average as always. DG and Zeta are still top. Pi Phi and AXO are both on the rise. Theta full of super sweet girls but falling. KD got a good PC. DZ GPHI ADPi and AOPi still the same.
