honestly it depends who you ask. rankings here are very different to each person depending on what they are looking for in a house.

in what world is zeta a top house? i have never met a zeta at any of the frat parties i’ve been to. the ones i’ve met in class are the most boring people

Rankings are irrelevant. They can change from year to year and vary by school. Even within a school, the rankings depend on who you ask.
