From a math “chance” perspective, no. Quota is figured the same whether it’s freshmen or sophomores. It’s the number of PNM’s in each group (freshmen or sophomores) who have at least 1 Pref invitation divided by the number of houses.

From a “connections” chance perspective, hopefully Yes, IF you spent your freshmen year making friends in multiple houses who will help pull you in.
