Freshman guys or anyone considering rushing, these aren’t ranks bc ranks aren’t an actual thing on campus here but these are the houses you want bids from. You can ask anyone on campus, these are the most popular houses:
ΣΑΕ (SAE)
FIJI
ΣΧ (sig chi)
ΔΤΔ (delt)
KA
ΒΘΠ (beta)
ΠΚΑ (pike, not to be confused with Pikapp/ΠΚΦ)

This is spot on.
No one, I repeat NO ONE gets a bid from the other 5 fraternities and thinks for a second of taking a bid from DTD or PIKE.
Dudes thinking about rush should plan accordingly.
