do tiers affect the dues?

Do all sororities/fraternities pay almost the same dues each year? Or does it depend how popular/big they are

Dues for sororities tend to vary based on their physical houses. Chapters with newer houses or chapters who have done recent remodeling will tend to have higher dues than chapters where the House expenses are lower. Some sororities include things in dues that others don’t like a required weekly chapter meal.

Your new member dues will be the highest because of the required expenses like buying your pin/badge and one-time fees due to your sorority’s national organization.

Dues have nothing to do with “tiers.”

I have no clue about men’s dues except that I would expect the housed fraternities to have much higher dues than frats without houses.
