alcohol probation

I am going to be a freshman in the Fall. My dad is a FIJI legacy at another University. I saw on the TAMU Greek life website where FIJI is on alcohol probation and just wanted to see how accurate this was. Are they known for throwing the best parties in the Fall? I am trying to keep my mind open going into this process. Thank you in advance!

Where did you see this on the TAMU Greek life website?
At “studentactivities.tamu.edu /about-us/office-of-fraternity-and-sorority-life/” under the chapter with sanctions part, the only ones with alcohol related sanctions are Phi Delta Theta and Kappa Sigma, both on “Secondary Sanction – Restricted alcohol through December 31, 2018”

Says nothing about FIJI...

Only a Fiji or a Fiji groupie would say they’re the “top house”... And they only really hang with a few sororities.
Best parties? Debatable lol.
But yes still they’re one of our best frats.

I can’t speak to the Alcohol Probation, but I can tell you that Fiji definitely does not throw the best parties here. KA, SAE, and probably Delt all throw A LOT better parties
