Hi TAMU 21 -
I know you're rushing this fall. I know you're wondering which house to rush and who will be your future brothers. Well here is what you should know:
SAE is top house
Delt, Beta and KA definitely follow closely
Then Sigma Chi, FIJI and Pike also follow very closely
Then Ksig
Then Pi Kapp
Then ATO, TKE, EAM
Then everyone else? Thoughts?

The big takeaway from this post for rushees is this: Nobody will ever completely agree on a singular "top house", or even top vs upper mid tier. But the line between relevant and irrelevant is unanimous, and anyone who says otherwise probably falls in the latter of the two buckets. In no particular order:

Relevant- KA, SAE, Fiji // Delt, Pike, Sigma Chi, Beta

SAE, KA, Delt, Sigma Chi, FIJI, and Pike are the best most established on campus no doubt, and in that order too in my opinion. Especially with their Fall '17 pledge classes now. Still like ALL frats, they all have a lot of pros/cons.
