I'd say the average fraternity house is a large single family home converted for fraternity usage on several acres anywhere from 5-15 minutes from campus. Having large stereotypical SEC style houses isn't typical, and the only ones that still exist are SAE and Sigma Chi. Sig Ep's was nice, but it's still really far from campus.

Yes. Or they have a big barn/building and lots of land where they put on parties. Not the same as having a frat row but defentily some cool upsides to it being the way it is. Not many other schools have as much land to put on parties with.
