Heard that SigEp is renting their old house to DKE until they come back lmao

I doubt it's a rumor. If you think about the money, the Sig Ep alumni housing corps needs a source of income to maintain the property. Sig Eps aren't allowed to live in it so the most logical thing is to rent it out?

Yes that makes sense to have a source of income. What I'm saying is DKE already has a house with property, why rent out sigep's? If the OP had said any other frat it would make the most logical sense.
