am i able to join my chapter?

I was in a sorority at my old school and my chapter happens to be here. Will they make me go alum or will I be automatically welcomed to join the chapter?

More info is needed:
1. Did you pledge the sorority or were you actually initiated?
2. If you didn't initiate, you're eligible to go through rush again and pledge any house here.
3. If you did initiate, you need to check with your nationals as to the procedure for transfer affiliation because honestly every chapter has a different policy. In my chapter, you'd spend a few months getting to know the A&M chapter and then we would vote on whether to affiliate you or not. But other chapters may force you to go auto-alumna.
