Zeta is not a top sec sorority and idk why you even included dg. Zeta is at most schools but isn't a top house anywhere.

In SEC overall it's Chi O Kappa TriDelt KD but each has some lower ranked chapters too.

Kappa is literally only top here, UGA, UArk, and maybe Bama. The answer is KD, Tridelt, and Chi O. Maybe ADPi.
