It's funny Bc the the sororities and fraternities are equivalent across the board by rank.
Fiji&strudel the: wealthy and from good areas. Recruit based on who you know. Must have a connection to get it. Think a little highly of them selves but full of pretty good people and generally agreed upon as the top houses.
Ka&kappa: most are wealthy and from good neighborhoods but they don't recruit solely on connections. Will take unknown guys and girls. Similar to the top houses but party a lot more. Have an idgaf attitude that has shown to get them both in trouble.
Sae&Zeta- these houses scrape into the top tier. The main party houses on campus and can be considered raunchy. Both are undeniably the "fun" houses though but with that comes a good group of crazies in both chapters.
Delt&dg: both relatively respected chapters but don't really have anything going for them. Not the wealthiest or most respected or the most fun. Kind of just a lodge podge of different types of people. But these are both good chapters at A&M are a jack of all trades and master of none.
Beta&chio- these are mostly the people that were rejected from Fiji and Tridelt and some ka and kappa rejects. Both try too hard to make themselves good at something. Beta tries to be the Cowboy chapter and chio tries to be the Christian chapter. The individuals in these houses are actually all cool and nice and I've never met one i didn't like but their chapter as a whole needs a little work.

Sigma chi and pi phi: chapters that really just do their own thing. Have decent people but pretty far down on the pedastool. Both have all the groundwork to really start improving but just haven't for some reason. Kinda just there.
Pike&theta: good houses that are not at all interested in moving up. Don't care to be considered top and don't really care to put themselves out there. Are happy just hanging with other chapter members.
Anything below this point is completely irrelevant for Botha fraternities and sororities.

only thing I would maybe change is put Delt/Sig Chi
and put Pike right below them but still above Beta

No, I'm in a sorority. I don't think delts top tier at all but I would at least to go a delt event. I would never go to a pike or sigma chi event. That's just embarrassing. Delt is definitely above those two.

If you must, put Zeta = Kappa and bump Pi Phi up to the DG/XO tier. They are a really nice and chill house with good grades, involvement, and connections to top tier fraternities.

There's no point in ranking them when they're brand new. If you insist just add them onto the very bottom.
