One of the lower tiers could make a move by leasing or buying the former Sig Ep house. If they can afford it, then the property could be a recruiting asset.

Pi Phi is way way below DG and Chi O. I don't care if they have the highest gpa their social and philanthropy and recuitment is lower tier

I disagree. They are very different from DG for sure but still equivalent.....or at least very close I think. Definitely as good as Chi O.....I think better for sure. Who actually really likes Chi O?
