rushing as blinn team sophomore??

How bad would it be to rush as a sophomore still on blinn team, like would I still have a chance? I didn't rush this year bc I knew Blinn team girls get cut fast and I thought I would get out of team after a year, but I'm stuck for another year, and I really want to be in a sorority! I am a legacy for one house, but what are my chances with other houses?? 4.0 GPA, a couple organizations, friends in sororities, etc.
