What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

The top sororities for the longest time at A&M were Chi Omega and Kappa, and then Theta. Zeta always had attractive girls but they didn't care about grades and reputations and were not selective. Tri Delt became top tier later and has always been since.
