we can all agree that: Chi O, DG, Kappa, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, and Zeta are doing very well and depending on personal preference, these are the groups listed in the top 2 tiers.

The last is a little more accurate. I do not think that there will be agreement on the ranking and it is definitely not as tiered as some are trying to portray. Lots of good groups!
