Tri delt honestly becomes irrelevant after rush- and are super manipulative during it. They pray over the girls (but only the ones they think would like that). I'd say their vibe is either super granola girl or exclusive girls who didn't get Kappa, no in between. Also the fact that all of their exec is best friends/only lives w Chi Os tells me they aren't finding good sisterhood in Tri Delt/regret their decision.

I love tri delt so much. These girls are extremally genuine and are so welcoming. During recruitment, I felt so comfortable every time I walked into the house and it felt like the girls really wanted to know me. They do a lot for their philanthropy and have started doing more hands on things around BCS! Could not speak more highly of them. They are also SUPER involved and majority of the girls you meet in tri delt are in other orgs on campus as well.

they had one good PR drop once, I would choose somewhere where you will find friends that aren't from your same cliquey friend group in high school because that is what you will find, honestly, if I could do it over again, I would go theta!
