Top house for sure. I went through recruitment and absolutely loved them but ended up with a different house. They are all very nice and extremely pretty. I can tell their sisterhood runs deep.

Wow- the hate on here is intense. Why? DZ is full of really nice, pretty and (mostly) classy girls. Don't get why there is so much hate.

When going through recruitment, I hadn't heard much about DZ besides their nickname "easy dz". And unfortunately, I came to learn that they were nothing more than fake. The girls who rushed me were obviously fishing for answers from me that they already knew, and this made me have no interest in them whatsoever. I typically see this girls with constant angry scowls, complaints, and although many are very pretty, DZ is not a sorority I would want to be in.

I think they're a solid middle tier sorority. Their newer girls are really pretty and after their senior class leaves they'll improve a lot more. They seem like the most normal sorority at a&m. I'm from out of state and at any other school they would be top house but since this is a&m (super conservative), some people call them "easy DZ" but that's not true at all.
