Alpha Epsilon Phi - ΑΕΦ Sorority at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 3.9 This sorority is hard to compare to others as its much smaller and is the only panhellenic that only informally recruits. I know several girl in this sorority and they love it. Because it is so small, all the girls know each other, go out a lot, and seem to be a bit closer than the larger sororities. From an outsiders perspective, a different experience than the rest of the sororities but more girls should rush this chapter.

Alpha Epsilon Phi - ΑΕΦ Sorority at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 4.2 All the girls in AEPHI are very sweet. They seem to have a good sisterhood. They put on great philanthropy and other events that are open to girls in other sororities to get CPC points.

Alpha Epsilon Phi - ΑΕΦ Sorority at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 1.7 Had the most awkward girls ever at every rush party. Half their girls are beyond awk and the other half is just plain rude. They made me feel worthless during rush. I can't understand why anyone would want to be apart of such a demeaning house. For some reason they think they're all that. Only thing I'm a fan of is their philanthropy.

Alpha Epsilon Phi - ΑΕΦ Sorority at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 1.0 I just went through their informal rush and I can tell you several of the girls who got bids are not accepting their bids. I even talked to a girl during recruitment who said she wanted to drop, so that’s not a good sign at all. These girls are seriously just the rejects from other orgs, they have a no-drop policy unless you’re totally rude to them. This sounds harsh but it’s 100% the truth and the opinion of other PNMs I talked to

Most of everyone else I talked to had extremely awkward convos too. Don't know what tips the alumni are giving these girls on "how to rush" but they are doing a very poor job. They do not seem have each other's backs and are extremely catty. There are some very nice ones, but the majority is questionable.

They are so fake during rush and its almost comical. Get a better attitude and stop caring about your rank... focus on getting members instead of losing them if you want to improve your reputation
