Love this chapter. Hit rock bottom and come all the way up again. No one does it like SAE. They do everything themselves and don’t rely on paying people to do it for them.

SAE is a top house. I don’t care if you disagree. I’ll just prove why: They run Chilifest They have the closest and biggest property with a newly renovated house. They have a house and a party barn If anyone wants to see what royalty at Northgate looks like, go with an SAE. They have the closest brothers of any other frat and I’ve been to them all. You’ll see their new freshman hanging with the juniors and seniors on NG. That’s just not a thing at other frats. All the negative 1 stars are bitter because they have the best pc in this spring even after skipping fall rush. “They’re off IFC” - If you talk to any frat other than Pike, they’ll tell you that the IFC is a joke of an organization and it’s better to be off campus than on. There are truly no perks. They practice quality over quantity in their rush process which shows why they’re still so popular even after a huge investigation.

sae totally fell off, once at the top and are now the bottom of the barrel. Honestly I feel sorry for the guys in this chapter, they were used to being number 1 and have had such a huge fall from grace. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys (you will thank me later)

These guys egos are through the roof. They’re hot, but the problem is that they know it. Don’t expect them to cater to you like a mid tier frat would.
