Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 3.0 Has the 2nd nicest house, not as good as Sigma Chi's but better than SigEp's. When it comes to parties they're in the top 3 & they run Chilifest. But they do bid a lot more Blinn kids than normal, & really are pretty un-selective during rush. Hangs out with a mix of girls. You might see a few Kappas, Zetas, or DGs at their events. But you'll mainly see lower tiers like AXO, DZ, Gamma Phi, & KD. As far as quality of guys and rep with girls; top 6 or 7. As a whole though probably top 3 or 4

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 1.8 Top tier, but just barely. Probably top 4 or 5. Way overrated. They've been improving but most the guys still look and act really weird and they really need to start being more selective. The only think they really have going for them is a big social budget, but if it wasn't for that they'd honestly probably be in the same boat as Sigma Chi

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 2.2 House is nice but not nice enough to be a selling point. Doesn't come anywhere close to Sigma Chi's. New pledge class is better than their older ones, but that's not saying much. Guys still don't compare to other top tiers. Parties are pretty average honestly, SAE just self ranks a lot to make them seem better. Definitely a solid frat but you're kidding yourself if you think they're #2. Rounds out the bottom of the top 5

I haven't met a single guy I didn't like and they're all very laid back and nice guys and definitely know how to have fun, I personally would rank them as top house

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 5.0 Jungle was the best party of the year so far. The pledges are so much better than any I've seen on campus this year. SAE pregames can't be beat. There's no doubt they're a top house

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 2.6 Parties are fun but really over-hyped. Really not any better than anyone else's out of the big fraternities on campus. House looks nice from the outside but is really kind of a dump. Has a few really awesome guys but not enough to keep their reputation up. Not very attractive, guys are kind of weird, and they don't know how to treat their guests at all. I'd put them in the top 5 just because they have a nice property and pretty big social budget, but the guys themselves just aren't that great

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 2.4 Still a really good fraternity, but they're listed way too high. Top 4 or 5 maybe. Definitely below KA and Fiji. Probably below Delt. Interchangeable with SigEp depending on who you're talking to
