Tied for top with KA. As with almost every frat in the top 5, the only reason it has so many bad rankings is because of some SAE troll

Widely considered top tier, but bottom of top tier. Very cliquey, they give a lot of bids based simply off high school connections so not only are they known as "the high school club" but they get some really weird guys. On the upside, they have a lot of wealthy guys, which draws in a lot of girls. They basically have Tri Delt locked down, and they have the funds to throw some great parties. They don't really have what I'd consider a real house, but I've heard rumors that they're building one

From a girl's standpoint, they are definitely top tier. That doesn't necessarily make them the best frat. The guys are hot but with that some of them are the biggest douche bags (just like every other frat…) Only thing about fiji is they are super selective on the girls they hang out with. If you're not a ZTA KKG or DDD you won't be seeing/hanging out with them. Top house with KA and SAE.
