These boys fell off the map. I feel bad. They were a good frat not too long ago, but three mediocre pc’s later and a terrible property location add up fast. Their chilifest build was terrible. Fun inside but not even top 5. They need to figure out how to improve on their rush tactics. I went to two of their parties in the fall and me and my other dg’s didn’t even get approached. You don’t even have to consider looks as the issue. There weren’t even enough girls to go around, and they didn’t try to get the freshman DG’s to come around again.

Definitely some studs in this fraternity, who are ambitious about their goals and are driven to be the best. Brotherhood is like no other with some great looking guys. DELTS are definitely top tier and hang with some great girls.Never looked back,rush delt if you want to be surrounded by winners.
