No idea why they're listed this high. Not a bad fraternity but definitely nowhere near top. Not very sought after by rushees, no house, not very social. But the guys tend to come from good backgrounds and do well at academics. Basically a more country version of Pike

Middle tier. Not a bad fraternity but doesn't belong in the top 5. Maybe top 7 or 8. They have some good looking and wealthy guys but they're virtually non-existent on campus and don't have a house. Somewhat popular with the girls but has a really poor concept of brotherhood which is why they have trouble retaining their own members. Pledge classes have been getting consistently worse

Only rating this low because beta doesn't belong in top 3. Solid fraternity, but their lack of a house and good parties brings them down. Good guys and good relations with women. Rounds the bottom of top tier with sigma chi, below SAE Delt and Sig ep.

Good pledge class, great frat with cute guys from all over not just Houston guys like fiji. Popular with all of top sororities. Love these guys, cute, gentlemen always have a good time at all their events.

Just a good mix of guys. Sort of like a mix between Fiji and KA with less of an ego. Good reputation with girls, I've always had a great time at their events.
