I understand people think Beta has gone downhill recently, but there is no way in hell they are below Sigma Chi & Sigma Nu. They might not have a house but they still throw some fun parties and manage to pull in both good looking and wealthy guys as well as girls from top sororities.

Middle tier at best. Basically all the guys that couldn't get bids from fiji. No house just a metal shed in the middle of no where and not very social. They begged KA and SAE to include them in their Halloween party to keep them somewhat relevant.

Mostly a good looking group of guys. Not very popular or respected though simply because a lot of people don't even know who they are. Middle tier. Older classes are very gentlemanly, newer classes seem to be less so. Not very involved on campus at all and very lacking in the social department. Parties are lame cause they don't have a house and try too hard to be "exclusive." Usually gets a good artist to perform once a year or so though. Has almost no concept of brotherhood whatsoever

has been falling since last year for real. have fun in their dumb barn that no one cares about. right across the street from KA which kills them. They are the guys who couldn't get FIJI who is also on the decline

Fiji's middle tier cousin. Overall a decent group of guys, but as a fraternity they don't have much going for them. They tend to get a lot of guys from good families and area codes but they don't have a house and their parties are kind of lame. Not very involved in the Greek community and not very well known by sororities
