Realistically Beta should be listed much higher. Not top but should definitely be above Delt and Sigma Chi

Guys are average looking but typically wealthy and well-mannered. A little stuck up and stand-off-ish though. They act like they're better than everyone for some reason until you get close to them. They're a little boring so they're not that popular and just kind of "there" but girls looking to date love them. No house. Parties are hit or miss. Some are pretty decent but a lot are just busts. Used to be a lot more involved but has kind of fallen off the map. Little to no social presence

They might not throw the best parties, mainly due to the fact that they don't have a house, but they have quality actives and girls love them. These guys are still miles ahead of other mid tiers like Delt and Sigma Chi. Really should be listed much higher

Beta has admittedly gone downhill. Most people don't consider them eligible for top tier status anymore. But the only reason beta gets so much hate on this website is because Delt and Sigma Chi desperately want to knock them down a peg so that they can take Betas place and finally climb out of the middle tier. Beta is still solidly top 5, and though they may not have a house or the best parties, they still have quality guys

Didn't actually know this was a really fraternity until not too long ago. Don't see very many of those letters around campus. Beta who?
