Beta is the only top tier frat that has a true sense of brotherhood. Everyone I know in Beta is super chill but still knows how to party. Beta has a really good rep among sororities.

Only Betas and their groupies say they're top anymore while everybody has already moved way passed it. The "Beta Barn" is a joke and come on, even DKE has a house. Their chilifest was actually kinda sad and their social presence is dwindling.

These guys are not top 5 at all. Probably 7th or 8th at best depending on who you ask. They self rank so much on here and build themselves up more than what they really are.

Should not be above Delt. The very bottom of mid tier. No presence on campus, no relevant parties, no girls, no house, no standards when it comes to who they bid. You never see any hot girls (or any girls at all really) wearing their shirts and most the guys don't even hang out with each other outside of parties. You can tell they're trying hard to gain ground socially with parties like Beta Bayou; too bad no one showed up and they could barely make their "barn" look occupied
