How communist brainwashing worked

Back in the days of the 40s-50s it was a LIDA machine. Now its pretty much a cerpan device that's super small that can emit a certain frequency to control minds and brainwash people. Quite effective. I guess the CIA now needs to play catch up and make their own? Or work with Russian scientists or smart people to make one. US mind control is different compared to Soviet mind control.
