Does chi o pick the girls they want in the summer before recruitment? I have heard many people say they know who they want before the school year starts

Yes, but all houses have a list with pnms ranked. Every house knows who they want!

We all do this, and we also know who else wants you and who we may need to steal you from. We know what rush groups you’ll need to be put in etc. etc.
