informal spring recruitment

Which Sororities are participating in sprig recruitment for 2013 and can anyone tell me if its going to be impossible to get into one? I have good grades and definitely should've rushed in fall. Should I wait until I'm a sophomore? I really want to do spring rush. So let me know who didn't made quota please!
