Bump the order of houses within tiers …no order within the tiers.

Top tiers like DG & Pi Phi are the same .

Lower tiers like KKG DDD, GPhi, AXO, are all the same.

(Separate lower Mid to Mid & Lower Mid)
Mid: Theta DDD KKG

(Combine bottoms)
