What would you guys say the tiers are for the fraternities here?

Tke/PsiU
Aepi/Delt/SigEp
Phi Delt/Fiji/ThetaChi

Sammy could be lower..ZBT could be higher. Ppl have different views

Zbt is so overrated. Hate all the guys in that house. They're like the boy version of SDT.. They think they're cooler than they really are.
