rly hate the tiers for anything besides ranking how hard it is to get a bid from a srat. ofc all srats are great but some are more competitive.

Agree, this is ONLY based on competitiveness of getting a bid based on past recruitment performance. It is NOT about one chapter being better than another. If we want a strong Greek community, we need to encourage every single house to do well!
