Do you want to pay for your letters or pay for quality friends? They certainly have a good rep but it's all based on the idea of being better and hotter than everyone else--they don't even know each other. This is a house where sisters become less and less active as they get older and realize they don't like each other and would rather do other things than wear decorated bras out. (However I do commend them for their excellent bra making skills)

They're not the top anymore. sorry. they're sinking. sure their new PC has some hot girls, but they're snotty, immature, and have some really average joes. the older girls hate the new pc and vice versa. they hook up with each other boyfriends and talk crap about each other. if you all you want is to party, sure go for this house. but if you want real friends AND a social life, choosing this house is a mistake.

definitely top tier but im not sure why everyone thinks their number one. they know how to party and have really hot girls but they arent involved in philanthropies and the girls all seem really cliquey and fake
