Yes they have some awkward people but don't forget they didn't pick who would be in the house, they had people from headquarters. It's only possible to determine the house is once we see who they pick in their PCs then we'll see where they go

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 1.0 LOL at anyone on here in DPhiE who ranked themselves anything above bottom tier. DPhiE is full of awkward/weird girls and the ONLY house they are even slightly better than is AGD. sorry ladies.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 1.0 I'm sure in three or four years that this house will be pretty solid but right now it's ridiculous that they're ranked this high. They've literally had one pledge class. Sure, they have a beautiful house but that's not what makes a middle or top tier sorority. Once the rest of greek life gets to know them in the coming months/years, I'm sure they can pull up from a bottom tier "ranking."

Take a look at all the middle tier houses....even some girls in Alpha Phi aren't completely skinny. Don't judge off body types there are plenty of houses who are middle tier with lots of girls who are "chubby and awkward" -.- They have plenty of potential for middle tier they're just a new house...

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 3.4 i think they have the potential to be a solid middle tier house. they're all still learning so we have to give em a break, they are our panhel sisters. from what i've seen they're working on getting to know each other and get involved in philanthropy events on campus, no social drinking life until theyre chartered, so don't know what to put for that one.. other than that there's some cool girls, some weird ones but i think they'll be way more selective in spring to get their preferred style
