Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 4.0 I definitely think that they are on their way up! Once people give them more of a chance they'll be back up there within the next 2 years in my opinion. Just because they are so new nobody gives them a shot but I've honestly seen a lot of gorgeous girls in dpihe and everyone i've met is also nice and chill. keep it uppppp
