Usually a lottery is used when there are too many eligible sisters who WANT to live in the house, so they choose at random. In a house of 200+ members, it's easy to find like 40 people to live in. Cut it out, yo.

They have a lottery for who’s going to be forced to live in their sorority house. They must genuinely hate eachother so much that they can’t even keep it a secret because some random Alphaphi girl TOLD ME this awful fact in our class. From what i can tell it’s definitely a place for mean, miserable girls
