This house is SO obsessed with being top tier. They need to fix internal issues before anything can happen on the outside. They have a cliquey sisterhood that leaves some girls completely isolated. Not completely unsalvagable but really needs some work.

I was a PNM last year, and I did not love Alpha Phi while going through recruitment. But hey, you claim they're great at recruitment. Well what about its sorority life after recruitment? Besides all the parties? What does Alpha Phi offer?

I agree girls do love alpha phi during rush bc they're very good at it. Then you join and you realize everyone just hates each other and its very cliquey hahaha

I know so many amazing girls in this house , and i don't know why I'm seeing rude comments, its prob just other houses trying to bash them because the rushed #1 house last year. I know so many people interested in this house and everyone knows its top tier along with 3 others. If u ask me its the best on campus. Best info i can provide

PNMs don't be fooled. Alpha phi has perfected rush. You'll leave there feeling awesome, like you had great convos, and that maybe you could fit into this house. Truth is the comments below are 100% fact. Girls are very cliquey, sisterhood non existent, obsessed with their image and rank, etc. when I was a pnm I thought this was the house for me. I ended up at my second choice though and am SO happy it didn't work out with alpha phi.
