Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.0 They have one of the nicest houses on campuse by far. They redid their basement and now they have a full blow bar with hardwood floors. best afterhours on campus

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.0 This house has a great brotherhood. They've been on probation forever, now their off. should get better from here on out. Theta Chi used to rage. Their halloween party was dope. too bad it got shut down so early.

Freshmen reading this site thinking these ranking are real, this is the house you go to when you want to party on a friday night. Theta chi, sig ep and all the ostrom houses will let you guys in because they dont have mixers with sororities.
