Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.6 Phi Delt is one of my favorite fraternities. These guys are so classy and the type you would want to take home to mom and dad. Congrats on the house! I can't wait for my house to party with y'all!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.2 Congrats on getting a house! It was the only thing keeping them from being at the top as they do everything else right. Cant wait to party with our new neighbors next year!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.2 These guys just purchased Pi Beta Phi's house and will live there next year. While they are heavily involved, still haven't really gotten their name out there yet.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.6 Have been to parties and have had classes with some of them and they are really a great group of guys. Always very classy and are very driven people in the classroom but still know how to have a great time. Definitely a fraternity that does things the right way. And their new PC is awesome. Go phi delt!
