Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 3.4 yes phi delt dresses nice, yes they have a nice house that they're keeping clean, but once you mix with them all they can think about is hooking up. it's like these guys are so friendzoned in real life that they bug out the second a mixer starts, so yes they've got a good image, but they still have that frat mentality if not worse because they don't usually get girls. you're all nice guys just chill out a bit and don't get too excited when there's girls and booze.
