The last few comments are pretty obviously guys in other fraternities who must be jealous, because Delt isn't nearly as bad as they make it out to be. They're not the biggest party house on campus, but they're definitely on the rise

ya sure whatever, delt isnt the worst house on campus. but it's not very good either which is why its being rated down to make up for all the self-promotion by obvious det brothers
