Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.0 These guys just got back on campus and they are definitely on their way up. I've never heard anything bad about them, and every guy I've met is great! Their parties aren't the most wild, but still always a good time. Definitely be top house in the next few years.
